Why can't I login?

f you are using our new mobile app, you will need to re-verify your phone number and create a new password for your account, by pressing the ‘Sign up’ button.

 

If you have already activated your account, please press ‘Already activated your new account on our new App’ to enter your phone number and password.

 

If you cannot login with your password, please tap ‘Forgot Password’ to reset your password.

 

If none of the above are working for you, please send your phone number and a screenshot of the error message to queenbee@streetbees.com
