Thinking about deleting your Streetbees account? Here's the easy way to do it:
Option 1: Through the app
- Open Streetbees: Tap the Streetbees app on your phone.
- Find settings: In the app, look for the 'Settings' option.
- Delete account: At the bottom of the Settings page, there's a delete account option. Tap on it and follow what the screen says.
Option 2: Via email
If you prefer, you can also request the deletion of your account via email:
- Write an email: Send it to support@streetbees.com.
- What to write: Say you want to delete your account. Include your phone number and, if you have one, the email you use for payments.
- Send it: Check your details and hit send.
What happens after I ask to delete my account?
When we get your request, we will remove your Personally Identifiable Information (PII). This includes your email, phone number, birth date, gender, and name.

We delete all your personal details. But we might keep some general info for our records and analysis.

We work fast to delete your account. We follow the rules for protecting your data while doing this.
Can I get my account back after it's gone?
Once your account is deleted, it's permanently gone along with all your information and account details. However, if you decide to return to Streetbees in the future, you're welcome to create a new account.
