When the answers do not properly respond to our instructions, the submission gets rejected.
The main rejection reasons are:
- Bad answers: Rushed, non-detailed, incoherent or contradictory, non-specific, non-detailed, confused and random answers.
- Bad images/videos: Blurry photos, stock images, photos of photos (old photos, an Instagram or a snap photo), or photos that don’t meet answer the question.
Examples:
- If we ask you if you drink plant-based milk and you answer yes, then say you've never had plant-based milk in a follow-up question, it will be rejected because the answer will be considered
incoherent and contradictory.
- If we ask you to tell us in detail why do you like this specific product and you answer "I just like it", it will be rejected because the answer will be considered rushed and/or non-detailed.
- If we ask you for a close-up picture of the product and the brand and you take a photo with a background where it's complex to read the brand name, it will be rejected because the photo
is not detailed enough.
- If we ask you for a photo of a receipt but the photo is blurry and we can't read the items you purchased, it will be rejected because the photo is blurry.
- If we ask you for a photo of your groceries while you're in the shop and you share an old picture you posted to your Instagram last week or found online, it will be rejected because it's an
old or a stock photo.
- If we ask you for a video answering 3 questions and showing your fridge, cupboard and cooking area, and you only show your fridge, it will be rejected because it doesn't answer
all the questions asked.
- Etc.
This being said, if you think your submission has been rejected wrongly, please contact us with the name of the story or stories you want us to double-check and our support team will review it
again.
